Trained as a designer, I have built my career at the intersection of design, strategy, and business development.

​

For more than seven years, I worked internationally between Amsterdam and Hong Kong on projects spanning product design, spatial design, and innovation. During this time, I developed products and collections in the eyewear industry, bridging design, user needs, and manufacturing constraints.

​

After returning to France, I joined a company specializing in the energy transition sector, where I led the development of photovoltaic projects under the French S21 regulatory framework for three years. In a rapidly growing environment, my role gradually expanded beyond project management to include process structuring, tool implementation, and strategic support for leadership.

​

Through Pokoù Studio, I support companies and organizations during periods of transformation and growth, using design methodologies to clarify visions, structure projects, and develop practical, actionable solutions.

What I particularly enjoy is contributing to the development of objects, products, and systems—from exploring user needs and opportunities to bringing ideas into physical reality, regardless of their nature or scale.

Through Pokoù Studio, I support brands and entrepreneurs in the development of physical products, working across the entire production process—from feasibility assessment and supplier sourcing to industrialization. My approach also incorporates strategic thinking to optimize costs and ensure long-term project viability.

From Shanghai to Amsterdam, then Hong Kong before returning to France, my professional journey has taken me across diverse cultures and industries. These experiences have strengthened not only my knowledge of manufacturing sectors such as eyewear, packaging, textiles, retail displays, signage, and branded environments, but also my adaptability and open-mindedness.

After completing my business studies, I built my expertise through hands-on projects and real-world product development. As Product Manager and later Product Director, I progressively expanded my skills while always keeping user needs and commercial objectives at the center of decision-making.

One essential lesson I have learned throughout my career is that there is always more to learn. Innovation and technological advancements continuously reshape industries, each influenced by distinct regional working cultures and manufacturing practices. That constant evolution is what makes this profession both challenging and rewarding.
